Wyoming Wee Ones applied to participate in the Canada Wide Early Learning & Child Care (CWELCC) initiative. We have been approved and moving forward will be utilizing this funding system. Currently, the initiative is funding 52.65% of our daily rate.
Base Fees include 6 hours of care which includes lunch and two snacks.
Non-Base Fees include registration fees, late pick-up fees, NSF fee and parent meeting fee.
$38 is the full fee
Parents will be responsible for $17.95 per day

As a non-profit we are obligated to host an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where we complete some formalities required to operate. Our AGM is held the second Tuesday in April. In the past, the meeting was unattended, therefore a fee was placed on attending the meeting. You will be asked to sign a guarantor letter of $100 that will be added to your May fees should you not attend the meeting.
Invoices are to be paid in full by the date indicated on the invoice.
A $20.00 late fee will be added to your account in the event that the payment is not received on time. Your child will not be permitted to attend until fees have been paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returned payment (NSF cheques) is subject to a $50.00 service charge. It will be added to your next invoice.
All childcare payments made are for care on your days and are non-refundable to hold your child’s space at the Centre.
Full payment is required regardless of illness or vacations.
In the event your child has a persistent illness of 5 consecutive missed days, it will be up to the Board of Directors whether fees will be credited or reimbursed, and you will be required to provide a doctor’s note.
