Wait List Policy 

Wyoming Wee Ones Co-operative Nursery School is aware of the shortage of child care spaces available in the community it serves, and of the frequent long wait periods to gain access to services. Wyoming Wee Ones aims to develop a wait list policy and practices which are transparent, fair and consistent. 

Wyoming Wee Ones utilizes the One List, an online child care registry system. To gain access to the waitlist, families must complete an online registration process at the following website:

To ensure that families gain access to Wyoming Wee Ones programs in the shortest time possible, the following practices are put in place: 

• the date of registration on the waitlist will be utilized to set a first come first serve basis. 

• Siblings of children previously or currently enrolled at the Centre are given precedence. 

• Children of Board members are given precedence.

• A family who refuses a space the first time it is offered or fails to return a call within one business day will not retain its priority on the waitlist.

There are no fees attached to the waitlist process.
